The Northern Region Chapter of the “Confederation of Indian Industry, CII-New Delhi convened its “Meeting of the Council of Northern Region of CII” at the India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi, on Feb 26, 2009 from 12 noon to 13:30 hrs which was presided over by the elected members from the Northern Region Council.
The seminar which was organized for the benefit of the CII Northern Region members, also had a session on Business for the benefit of the participating members. The Oneness UniverCity was duly represented by its Guide Prahasitha, who also facilitated a spiritual version on self help & personal growth besides its flagship session on the process of Deeksha – The Energy Transfer for raising the levels of individual consciousness.
The CII members from the Northern Region comprise 17 major States including the prominent industrialised States of Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Rajasthan, Chandigarh & Delhi (NCR) with representatives from the corporate world, including small & medium business houses, entrepreneurs & prominent industrialists who graced the event as illustrated below :

Prominent among the issues addressed as part of its “stress busting” techniques were a conceptual understanding of Order & Disorder within oneself & one’s ability to harness the state of Disorder within the self & be able to create ‘Higher Order’ levels within oneself, the immediate family & in one’s business arena to feel the immediate impact of the innate power of “Oneness”.
Apart from demystifying the process of ‘De-stressing’, insights were offered into the various layers or levels of human consciousness connecting the transition from Order to Disorder within each level & integrating the states of disorder to achieve order with oneself.
Amongst the other things addressed, SRI techniques were also introduced which enable the ‘Liberation from Stress’, differentiating it from ‘Management of Stress’, & its direct impact on the betterment of health. As part of its concluding session all participants were conferred the eternal Oneness gift of “Deeksha”, which is the cornerstone for bringing about a shift in the individual level of consciousness, raising it to higher states which has an overall impact in all aspects of one’s life, be it, personal & professional, health, intelligence, stress, creativity, vigor, relationships & team working, etc., which all form part and parcel of everyday living in the Corporate World. The entire seminar was a grand success receiving appreciation from each and every participant who expressed both fulfillment & fascination having soaked themselves into the Oneness phenomenon.
