The inauguration of the Sri Amma Bhagavan Aalayam was convened on 18th February 2006 in the gracious presence of Acharya Sri Vimalkeerthiji. The grand function was thronged by around 5000 devotees who were present for the opening ceremony and by around 10,000 people for the inaugural procession. The Sri Amma Bhagavan Aalayam has been designed to accommodate at least around 150 people at any one time.

This year is a very special year as this March 7th marks the 60th Birthday of Sri Bhagavan (popularly known as ‘Shashti Poorti’ in India). Devotees across towns and cities in India have special functions and processions to celebrate the birthday of their beloved Sri Bhagavan. The celebrations started from Jan 7th and would continue for 60 days till March 7th.

The month of February marks the beginning of the exam season. Oneness UniverCity dedicates this month to students and aspiring youngsters all over the country with the commencement of Vidya Mala, also known as Morphogenic Stud Circle, from February 25th. This 49-day process aimed at helping students to achieve academic excellence and human perfection. Culminates with students praying in front of the Golden Ball of Divine grace.

The first ever Oneness Centre for the whole of Europe at Italy was Inaugurated by Sri Krishnaji, the son of Sri Amma & Bhagavan, on Feb 07, 2009. Anandagiriji, one of the Senior Guides of the Oneness UniverCity was also present on this momentous occasion.

The month of December marked the beginning of Varadeeksha Mala, a ritual where people practice certain rules and austerities and pray for the fulfillment of their desires. The process culminates with Sri Amma’s darshan at Satyalok, where Amma’s grace turns their prayers into reality. Sri Amma’s darshan at Satyalok commenced from December 24th and will continue till February 9th, 2009. Darshan is free.

“I learnt in the 3 day process that relationships are very important. They conducted a 4 day course in each factory and they covered all the senior employees and all the workers. All the people are very happy and very grateful to the management” says Shishir Bajaj.

For the first time, people of different nationalities gathered in the World Oneness Centre to celebrate Christmas. Around 275 participants of the Oneness Process from Germany, Holland, Scandinavia, United Kingdom, Finland, Austria, Czech Republic and Hungary took part in the Christmas celebration on December 21st.
