Oneness Deepening Process
"To See is to be Free." - Sri AmmaBhagavan
The Oneness Deepening process is being offered at Oneness University to take the Deeksha Giver community directly into higher states of consciousness and ultimately into God Realization itself. It is an opportunity for Deeksha Givers to be fully immersed in the teachings and realizations of Oneness, in a very intensive setting. The process is available to all Deeksha Givers who have completed Oneness Awakening, Oneness Experience, or Level 1.
The Deepening is offered over 28 days, in four, weeklong segments. It is highly recommended that participants stay for the full 28 days, to complete the entire process, in order to receive the maximum benefit. Further, it is strongly recommended that participants begin with week 1 of the process and not with weeks 2 or 3 as the process is cumulative in nature. However, if it is not possible for the participant to do so, they may begin with weeks 2 or 3 and may stay for any multiple of 7 days. Each of the four weeks will be structured differently and it is recommended that each of the four weeks be completed, if not during a single visit, then during a subsequent one.
Participants will not be allowed to directly join week 4 of this 28 day process.
Due to the cumulative nature of this process it is important that a participant starts with, at the very minimum, week 3 in order to go through week 4 of this process.
Participants must attend the process for a minimum of one week, and must start the process on the first day of a given weeklong segment. Similarly, participants must end the process on the last day of a given weeklong segment. Please note that it is not possible to attend partial weeks of the process. Please see below for the schedule of possible start and end dates, paying close attention as to when to arrive and depart.
The process is designed around 10 different yogas, or ways of coming into union with the Divine. Each are unique streams which each lead back to the ocean of the Divine and our Oneness with all that is. Each day the process involves the practice of each of these yogas, with a specific intent each day. While these yogas are ancient and have been taught and practiced for thousands of years, what sets this process apart is that here the yogas are being fueled by Divine Grace in such a way to take participants very deep very quickly.
Each day, each of the 10 yogas is designed to make the day's teaching and realization alive in one's own direct experience. The 10 yogas are as follows: 1) Jnana yoga (receiving and contemplating the teaching/ realization of the day), 2) Bhakti yoga (devotion/ surrender), 3) Kundalini yoga (working directly with the chakras and nadis), 4) Japa yoga (chanting out loud to reprogram the unconscious), 5) Karma yoga (service and action), 6) Dhyana yoga (various ancient meditation techniques, such as working with visualization and yantras), 7) Kriya yoga (working with the breath/ pranayama), 8) Nada yoga (working with both outer and inner sound), 9) Hatha yoga (physical exercises/ asanas), and 10) Mantra yoga (working with sacred Sanskrit sound and vibration).
It is important to note that the process makes use of the vast insights and realizations of the great yogis of India and is steeped in ancient Indian spirituality. While presented in a universal way, the process comes out of the Indian spiritual tradition and involves ancient Indian rituals, meditations, and understanding of the relationship between the human and the Divine. Each week of the process has a specific theme, which is focused on during the week, and uniquely experienced each day.
Each week of the process culminates in a 24-hour inner journey, within the Oneness Temple and in Sacred Space, where the teachings and realizations of the week are made to come alive in direct experience of participants. Through fasting, very intensive meditation and contemplation, and special Deekshas from the Oneness Beings and Guides, participants are immersed in the Divine and ultimately in Oneness with all that is. Specifically, the teachings, meditations, rituals, and processes are aimed at:
- The removal of past charges
- The cleansing of the various koshas (the "coverings" of the true Self, the Atman)
- The opening and balancing of the various chakras
- The working on and healing of karma at various levels
- Deeper and more profound experiences of Oneness and the Divine
- This special new process will also involve interactions and meditation with Sri Bhagavan.
